Extra Cream and Sugar

I woke up at 5:45 this morning, the same as every weekday. I grabbed my towel and hopped into the shower. I was in a particularly happy mood. I got ready for work and on the way in, the Preston and Steve show were making fun of  Mo-Nique for not shaving her legs before the Golden Globe awards last weekend. The tabloids got all sorts of close up shots of her man legs. I plugged my Iphone into my car stereo and listened to that Deanna Carter Song “Did I shave my legs for this”. I was still jamming out to that song when I realized that I only shaved one leg today. I usually shampoo my hair first, then shave my right leg and then my left leg and then wash my face followed by all the rest of the necessary processes. I just shaved my right leg, and then went on to washing my face and lathering my loofa. Not that I have anything planned for my birthday tonight, but I think I’ll go home and shave tonight. Is this a sign that now, I really am a grown-up?
